Stay on
I have the most nastiest toes ever! Ever since I've been running my toes have been so gross looking that I keep them covered up with nail polish. My little piggy by my big toe started to look a little different and I knew that it was in trouble. I decide well it's time for these babies to breathe so let's take the paint off. I wanted to scream and run away. They look so gross and my poor little piggy's nail is purple! I'm going to lose a toe nail and I still have 2 more months of training for my marathon. Please little stay on and after the marathon I will treat you guys to a nice pedicure. Sorry about the randomness of this blog but I figured it was something right.

Try lacing your shoes like this instructional video. I swear to you it works. That's how I've tied my shoes for about 8 years. I was not a believer when Jay suggested it to me. Also, try wearing a half size larger shoes.
